Common questions

Is Free really free?

Yes — no card, no time limit. We take 8% of donations on the Free tier to cover platform + payment processing costs. That's it.

What's the platform fee?

We charge a take-rate on donations rather than per-month so creators only pay when fundraising works. Pro drops it to 3%; Studio waives it entirely (the subscription covers our costs).

Can my charity sponsor my Pro subscription?

Yes — verified causes can sponsor their featured creators. The cause pays the subscription fee, the creator gets the tools. Talk to us if your charity wants to set this up.

What happens if I downgrade with a wall live?

Your existing wall stays live until it completes. The new tier limits apply only to walls you create after downgrading — we never take a wall offline mid-fundraise.

When does Pro / Studio launch?
